Sri Lanka Steel Structure Factory Project Delivery Report
I. Project Overview

This project is a large-scale industrial factory steel structure project in Sri Lanka. Featuring a large overall scale and tight construction schedule, it posed extremely high requirements for the stability of raw material supply, consistency of product quality, and timeliness of logistics. As the core raw material supplier, our company provided nearly all key building materials for the project, including hot-rolled steel plates, color-coated steel coils, glass wool, etc. Ultimately, we assisted the client in completing the construction and acceptance on schedule, achieving a successful delivery of the project.
II. Project Challenges & Solutions
1. Precise Matching of Complex Project Requirements
In the early stage of the project, the client had clear localized requirements for the mechanical properties of the steel structure, weather resistance of enclosure materials, and fire and heat insulation indicators of thermal insulation materials. Our technical team conducted multiple rounds of in-depth communication with the client. Combining the local climatic conditions of Sri Lanka and the project construction standards, we customized a complete raw material selection scheme for the client. While meeting the project's technical specifications, we prioritized matching material models with both high stability and cost advantages, achieving dual optimization of quality and economy.
2. Efficient Guarantee of Cross-Border Supply Chain
To address the challenges of tight construction period and complex cross-border transportation processes, our supply chain team customized the most cost-effective logistics solution for the client. We integrated the entire process links including raw material production, inspection, customs declaration, and sea transportation, and strictly controlled the timeliness of each node. At the same time, we ensured the continuity of material supply at the construction site through multi-batch and phased delivery plans, avoiding the risk of construction suspension and laying a solid foundation for the on-time completion of the project.

III. Project Achievements & Value
Quality Delivery
All raw materials passed third-party inspections and on-site acceptance of the project. Key parameters such as steel strength, coating performance, and thermal insulation and fire resistance indicators of glass wool all meet Sri Lankan local engineering standards and project design requirements, providing reliable guarantee for the structural safety and long-term service performance of the factory.
Timeliness Guarantee
The whole-process supply chain management realized stable and on-time supply of raw materials, helping the client complete all construction and acceptance work within the specified construction period, ensuring the smooth achievement of project milestones.
Win-Win Cooperation
The successful delivery of this project not only strengthened the long-term cooperative relationship between our company and the Sri Lankan client, but also demonstrated our full-chain service capabilities in overseas steel structure projects, from technical docking and material selection to cross-border logistics.
IV. Project On-site Showcase

The successful completion of this project is another verification of our service capabilities in the overseas steel structure field. In the future, we will continue to provide more high-quality steel structure raw material solutions for global clients with professional technical support, stable product quality, and efficient supply chain services.
