Using hot-rolled steel coils as raw material, after pickling to remove oxide scale, it undergoes continuous cold rolling. The finished product is a hard-rolled coil. Due to work hardening caused by continuous cold deformation, the strength and hardness of the hard-rolled coil increase, while its toughness and plasticity decrease. Therefore, its stamping performance deteriorates, and it can only be used for parts with simple deformation. Hard-rolled coils can be used as raw material for hot-dip galvanizing plants because hot-dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines. The weight of a hard-rolled coil is generally 6-13.5 tons. The steel coil is continuously rolled from a hot-rolled pickled coil at room temperature. The inner diameter is 610 mm.
